Amazon’s Prime Video has a loaded lineup for the holidays, including the return of one of its biggest shows.
That would be Season 3 of “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan” (Dec. 21), the the spy thriller starring John Krasinski, which is back after a three-year layoff. The new season sees Jack in a “Mission: Impossible”-type situation, wrongly accused of treason and on the run from his own government as he tries to clear his name and stop a global conspiracy.
Other notable new series include “Riches” (Dec. 2), a British drama about infighting within a wealthy Black family, starring Deborah Ayorinde and Hugh Quarshie; “Three Pines” (Dec. 2), a Quebec-set mystery starring Alfred Molina, based on Louise Penny’s “Chief Inspector Gamache” series of novels; and the fantastical cooking competition “Dr. Seuss Baking Challenge” (Dec. 13).
