US technology stocks lead Wall Street lower

The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite was 1 per cent down at lunchtime in New York, while the blue-chip S&P 500 slid 0.2 per cent. Big tech stocks including Facebook, Apple and Google parent company Alphabet were down more than 1 per cent at midday.
