HCC files resolution to accept MoEF preconditions on Lavasa

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) touched a 52-week low of Rs 26.85. At 10:10 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 28.40, up Rs 0.45, or 1.61%.

The company has submitted resolution to accept MoEF (Ministry of Environment and Forests) preconditions on Lavasa. The MoEF is examining resolution submitted by HCC for Lavasa. MoEF is seeking legal opinion on Lavasa resolution, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting Sources.

Bombay High Court will hear Lavasa case on August 10.
 
It was trading with volumes of 420,922 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 3.62% or Rs 1.05 at Rs 27.95.
